My Philosophy

Improving and promoting health, wellness, rest, and relaxation. I strive to assist others in finding balance between mind, body and soul. Client comfort is my ultimate goal and I tailor each individual massage to meet the needs of each individual client.

The Studio

My studio is located in Riverside Harbor in Post Falls, Idaho.

 
 

 

My Portfolio

My portfolio consists of Therapeutic, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre and Peri Natal, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myfascial Release Techniques. I am a Certified Aromatouch Specialist, which is an essential oil application. In addition, I am a Certified Lifestyle Consultant through Swiss Bionics/ Mediconsult. I have also treated clients who have been in motor vehicle accidents and who have had injuries.
